This page is maintained by the StatiQ team to answer common security and privacy questions about the app. It describes current, app-visible controls and is editable project content — not an independent audit or certification.
StatiQ is built and hosted on the Lovable platform with a managed backend (database, authentication, storage, and serverless functions). Application servers and databases run in managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) for all client traffic and encryption at rest for the managed database and storage layers provided by the platform.
Platform features are described factually; this is not a Lovable-issued certification.
User-scoped data is protected with row-level security policies in the managed database. Tables that hold per-user content are denied by default and only accessible through trusted server functions that enforce ownership.
The app processes public MLB statistics, betting market odds from third-party data providers, weather data for ballparks, and basic interaction data needed to power features like the AI parlay builder. We do not sell user data.
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the app, including the Lovable platform (hosting, database, auth, serverless functions), an AI model gateway for the parlay assistant, a weather data provider, and a sports odds data provider. Each provider only receives the data needed to deliver its service.
Chat history for the AI parlay builder is stored per browser session and can be cleared from inside the app at any time. For other deletion requests, contact us using the address below.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please contact the app owner through the support channel listed in the app. We ask that you give us a reasonable window to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure.
Security is a shared responsibility between the Lovable platform (infrastructure and managed services), StatiQ (application code, configuration, and content), and users (account credentials and device security). This page describes the StatiQ's Edge portion and the platform features it relies on.
