Ownership
All original content on StatiQ — including the StatiQ Score, HR Lab rankings, model outputs, projections, cheat sheets, graphics, tool names, code, copy, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of StatiQ.
Prohibited Use
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, republish, or redistribute Platform data, scores, or content.
- Resell access to the Platform or any of its outputs.
- Scrape, mirror, or programmatically harvest Platform data.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive our models or scoring formulas.
- Use our name, logo, or branding to imply endorsement.
DMCA Takedown Notices
If you believe content on StatiQ infringes your copyright, send a written notice by email to support@statiqapp.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL and description of the material on our Platform you claim is infringing.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-Notices
If you believe material of yours was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent information to the same email address.
Repeat Infringers
Members who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others may have their Founder membership suspended or revoked.
