StatiQ ("we", "us", or "the Platform") provides a members-only sports analytics and research platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account Data
- Email address, display name, and password (stored as an encrypted hash).
- Founder Member number, membership status, and invite metadata.
- Community profile details you choose to share in The Dugout.
Device & Session Data
- A hashed device identifier used to recognize your trusted devices and detect suspicious sign-ins.
- Browser type, operating system, and general session activity timestamps.
- Approximate IP-derived location for security and abuse prevention only.
Usage & Analytics
- Which tools and pages you view (e.g., HR Lab, Prop Finder AI, The Dugout).
- Interactions with community posts, comments, reactions, and saved content.
- Diagnostic logs used to improve reliability and detect abuse.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your device, and preserve your preferences. We do not sell tracking data to third-party advertisers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate your Founder membership, sign-in, and device access.
- To personalize what you see (saved posts, followed members, preferences).
- To improve model accuracy, product quality, and platform stability.
- To send transactional messages (invites, password resets, account notices).
- To enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect payment card numbers on-platform. Any payments are handled by trusted third-party processors.
- We do not scrape or store your sportsbook account credentials.
- We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
4. Sharing
We share information only with the infrastructure providers required to run the Platform (database, storage, email delivery, sports data providers), and only to the extent necessary. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the Platform and its members.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and community data while your membership is active. On account deletion, we remove personally identifying information within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Your Choices
- Review your account and registered devices from the My Account page.
- Request account deletion by emailing support@statiqapp.com.
- Contact us to correct inaccurate information.
7. Security
Access is enforced via authenticated sessions, hashed device tokens, and row-level security on all member data. No system is perfectly secure — you are responsible for protecting your password and sign-in devices.
8. Children
StatiQ is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform, and 21+ where applicable to wager legally in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance.
